Return Policy
Compliant with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your statutory rights cannot be excluded.
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from delivery date for change‑of‑mind, wrong‑item‑ordered scenarios, subject to below conditions:
- All returned goods including 4×4 exterior accessories, bumper parts, plastic clips, fastener kits and hardware must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, scratch‑free, and kept in original intact packaging. No drilling, cutting, glue marks or fitting traces are allowed.
- All original components, small clips, nuts, gaskets and accessories supplied with the product must be returned completely. Missing small hardware will cause return rejection or value deduction.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
‑ the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs;
‑ original shipping charges are non‑refundable; and
‑ a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original invoice value may apply for change‑of‑mind or incorrect‑purchase returns.
Please note: restocking fee will NOT apply to returns caused by defective goods, shipping damage or items not as described, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Return must obtain prior authorisation from our team. Please email sales@jheh.com.au with order number, product photos before sending goods back.
- Non‑returnable items:
‑ Installed, modified, damaged parts;
‑ Clearance / special‑order hardware kits;
‑ Small‑value clip & fastener packs opened without manufacturing defects.
After we receive and inspect returned goods, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2‑5 business days. Bank processing delays may apply.
Important ACL Reminder: The above change‑of‑mind rules do not affect your legal rights for faulty goods, major product failure or goods not matching description. For defective items, you may claim repair, replacement or full refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Policy
Statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
- Warranty Period
‑ Heavy‑duty 4×4 upgrade parts (bumpers, roll bars, roof racks, side steps, steel bash plates): 12‑month warranty from date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
‑ Small hardware: plastic clips, nuts, screws, gaskets, rubber seismic parts: 3‑month warranty, only for original manufacturing defects. Normal installation wear‑and‑tear is not covered.
‑ Third‑party branded goods follow original manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- What this warranty DOES NOT cover:
‑ Normal wear & tear, off‑road impact damage, crash damage;
‑ Incorrect installation, improper fitting, modification, cutting, drilling without our approval;
‑ Damage caused by incompatible vehicle, over‑load, commercial heavy‑duty misuse;
‑ Labour cost for vehicle fitting / removal / reinstallation of parts;
‑ Clip/fastener breakage caused by over‑tightening, wrong installation tools.
- How to lodge warranty claim:
Email sales@jheh.com.au with your order number, clear photos/videos showing defect, and vehicle information. We will assess the claim. Depending on situation, we will offer repair, replacement or partial refund.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you still get remedies for major failures even after our advertised warranty expires.
